Frequently Asked Questions
Can HisGrace Gestio RPS be used by multi-users?
The software can’t share its database in a networked environment. However, to achieve multi user inputs, the ICT Admin/Exam Officer can generate Microsoft Excel templates which can be forwarded to their respective teachers/users. Templates such as class list, score sheet, attendance sheet, psychomotor sheets. When they are through, the ICT Admin/Exam Officer can upload them back to the application database.
Can I use same license for different PCs?
No you can’t. Each license is tied to a single PC..
I have Primary and Secondary Schools, can I use one license for the two schools?
You can use one license for the schools if they share the same details like logo, school name, school head, etc. Otherwise, you'll have to purchase two licenses.
How many students can I use a license for?
It is unlimited.
What if I get a new PC, how can I transfer my data to the new PC?
You can do a backup and restore it on the new PC.
Can the students access their results online?
No. they can only get access to their result themselves if sent to their respective email address.
How do I get the License Key?
Furnish us with your Licence ID(s), your name and type of license to purchase by filling out this form or start a WhatsApp chat with us and we will try to reply you with our account details within 24 hours. Your License key(s) will be given after your payment has been confirmed.
Do I need internet connection to use the software?
No. it is an offline program. You will only need an internet connection when you want to forward students' results to their mails or check for program updates.
