Can HisGrace Gestio HAC be used by multi-users?
Yes, multiple users can use at the same time. However, MySQL must be installed on the PC to be used as server. Also, the Server PC must be on before other users can access its database
Can I use same license for different PCs?
No, you can’t. Each license is tied to a single PC. However, if on a networked environment other PCs can use the license of the server i.e. One license can be used by many PCs.
I have Primary and Secondary Schools, can I use one license for the two schools?
You can use one license for the schools if they share the same details like logo, school name, school head, etc. Otherwise, you'll have to purchase two licenses.
How many students can I use a license for?
It is unlimited.
What if I get a new PC, how can I transfer my data to the new PC?
You can do a backup and restore it on the new PC.
Can the students access their payment records online?
No, they can only get access to their payment records if sent to their respective email addresses.
How do I get the License Key?
Furnish us with your Licence ID, your name and type of license to purchase by filling out this form or start a WhatsApp chat with us and we will try to reply you with our account details within 24 hours. Your License key(s) will be given after your payment has been confirmed.
Do I need internet connection to use the software?
No. it is an offline program. You will only need an internet connection when you want to forward students transaction records to their mails or check for program updates.
